What does the Founding 10 actually commit to?
A 6-month pilot at $149/month with a bi-weekly 30-minute feedback call. You keep founder pricing forever, whether you stay month-to-month after or not. If we don't recover 10× your subscription by day 90, we refund the quarter.
Will it sound like a robot to my patients?
No. Opta speaks naturally and conversationally, drafting live from your chart notes and tone preferences, and calls from your practice's caller ID. It opens with the patient's first name and a real reason for the call — never a recorded blast. You review the first 50 calls before they go out.
Which EHRs do you connect to?
RevolutionEHR, Crystal PM, OfficeMate, and Compulink today. CSV import as a fallback. Founding 10 practices get priority on new EHR integrations — tell us yours in the application.
How long does setup take?
About a week end-to-end, but only ~30 minutes of your time. We do the EHR connection, the tone tuning, and the first call reviews alongside you on a single onboarding call.
Is patient data safe?
Yes. SOC-2 Type 1 complete, Type 2 in progress. HIPAA-aligned, BAA available. Opta only reads the chart fields needed to make a call, and your data is never used to train shared models.
What happens after the Founding 10?
We'll open general availability in mid-2026 at around $249/month. Founders keep $149/month for life, with priority on new features and a say in the roadmap. The list price goes up; yours doesn't.
